DOMINATION is a revolutionary system of 6 challenging workouts designed to help you take your health and fitness routine to the next level. No gyms or fancy sports equipment required for these workouts. All you need is a small space (average bedroom size), a set of dumbbells, A medicine ball, a stability ball, and about 45 minutes a day.
